      - Good work-life balance - Steady company culture(no nasty surprises) - Well documented procedures and processes for work, promotion - Industry Competent pay scale - Well known brand in the industry

      - Giant company, limited opportunities for career advancement, high competition - Very bureaucratic - Individual excellence not recognized well due to large number of employees - No scope for innovation and change in work processes or work culture

      Great benifit package, but 12 rotating shift bad for family life and schooling.

      Pros

      Good hourly pay, good insurance packages.

      Cons

      12 hour rotating shifts leave you too exhausted for family life and you can't attend classes because your days off off change every week. I thought Robert Bosch was the 1st to introduce the 8 hour work day in Germany to allow his employees to enjoy time with their families.

      Worst Place for IT Professionals

      1. Free food and transportation 2. Less work and hence good work-life Balance

      1. Poor management 2. Biased decisions are being taken by management over employees regarding career opportunities 3. Not much scope for technical development for IT professionals 4. Poor attitude of existing and experienced employees existing in the organization for years long. 5. Dominance of middle level employees who act as a barrier between new talented employees and the management, hence avoiding the growth of newly joined candidates. In order to make themselves sustaining in their positions, middle level employees are having such a bad attitude 6. Need to understand that this organization is just a new born baby among the IT giants in the country and should act accordingly rather than boasting of their automotive domain glories.
