      Work Life Balance Good supporting people A giant leader in automotive domain opportunity to work across different sections

      Cons

      Pay is not the best in industry, more opportunity for laterals More of process oriented company (can be good if within a certain level) More importance to Head count, rather than quality people Becoming more of service company Vast difference in working environment in offshore & onsite (nice to work in Germany :)) Senior management are bunch of dumb people Cheap cost reduction plans by the Indian management

      Pros

      Good working conditions, promoted team work, recognition given when due. Encouraged individual’s to development through training programs. They had a very high expectation of quality and meeting customer requirements.

      Cons

      Requirements and production schedules often changed in mid stream. Long term goals, may have been targeted, however they did not remain to be the main focus. It was very difficult to upgrade equipment when needed.
