      Pros

      Great people to work with, stability, decent benefits (for now).

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be in a panic over cash flow and squeezing every penny where possible to the point of being counterproductive. Very aggressive management style towards driving improvements through the organization to the point of long lasting destruction within local product groups.

      work is good but learning scope is very less

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work they handle. I was working for airbags. It was fun for me playing with C.

      Cons

      Focus was more on delivery of projects but not on the learning scope for freshers. Without prior training freshers were put into main projects. so people has to face lot of problems for some initial time. Training was completely irrelevant to that of work.

      Pros

      The working environment is comfortable and a student can feel the passion for researching. The colleagues are always ready to help.

      Cons

      Students are receiving desks outside the normal teams and that is a disadvantage specially when topics are discussed outside the meetings.
