      Pros

      HR department was excellent through the interview, hiring and end of my work there.

      Cons

      Management cares about the end product and treats the lower level employees with no respect. This company does not believe in work/family balance.

      Pros

      Free food as everyone claims, but it is of the cheapest quality that one can ever get. Onsite trips!

      Politics everywhere! Career growth opportunities are very less. Saturated work.

      Engineering at a "big business".

      Pros

      Adequate pay, benefits, time off quantity and flexibility. Though all of these have decreased, it doesn't feel like any more so than anywhere else.

      Cons

      As an engineer it sometimes feels like some "business" person has their thumb on you at all times. Too many things being done just to check the corporate checklist rather than doing them to bring actual benefit to the company.
