Pros
Very traditional and long term thinking firm with a great and prestigious brand name which opens all the business doors in the city of Prague. Strong branding and generally known high quality awarness are the best pros of the Bosch company. Very rich non-salary benefit system.
Cons
Some times too much of administrative, especially charts producing, work sent out to many countries all over the world with hardly any objectives. As it is a huge global company, it is sometimes boring to fullfill dozens of excel charts spread out across Europe.
