      Pros

      I like Bosch because I could work on innovative Products, the teamwork is mostly cooperative and the salary is reasonable. I think the job is relativly save and work live balance is possible, if you don't want to make career.

      Cons

      I don't like the processes and the centralized hierarchical structure. The working conditions are open offices, often noisy and not very modern.

      Learning place for freshers. Get MNC exposure if you are from small company.

      Cons

      Fully Yes Men culture. Real achievers won't get anything. They will be sacked off with the help of Yes Men. HR is dummy & they are doing secreatry job to Group Managers. Only sending appointment orders & giving relieving order. They are also following Yes Sir culture.
