      More Career Growth Opportunities are Given to Fresher and Laterals. Project Managers hire team members from their own states and create a divide and rule to have control over the team, which they may consider as Business strategy but in my sense it is an Unhealthy Office politics

      Great people, good customer service, ok products. Some management structures are excellent. Generally good direction with ideas coming from multiple directions. Good team efforts.

      Cons

      Upper management has high turnover - usually overseas personnel looking to make their mark on the North American business model. Lack of high quality products or first to market ideas.
