      Pros

      Part of international network which allows you to find and connect colleagues worldwide. Lots of learning opportunities for develop yourself & your job.

      Cons

      No ambition to dominate the market, very old fashion technology. No willingness to live Bosch global values. Bad managers, very uncompetent HR, micro management and lots of unsolved mobbing cases.

      Most of the employees were busy, I felt I wasted a lot of time as an intern only because all my bosses were too busy all the time.

      Pros

      BSI offers a great multicultural environment and very exciting tasks. What I personally found great were the regular Team Bonding Events in order to get to know each other outside of work.

      Cons

      I was surprised that each department likes to keep to themselves and hardly ever makes an effort to get to know other colleagues.
