Pros
Bosch SEA's corporate information department is in charge of the Bosch international IT solution and customer support. They have the friendly working environment and open minded people to work with. Work rotation will provide you the opportunity working overseas.
Cons
I don't really see any Cons about working in Bosch SEA. But the opportunity for promotion maybe not that easy, as they may have certain academic requirement for management level.
