Cons

- Compensation, benefits, and bonuses are low - Promotions are not based on performance - It's hard to take a leave - Some level 2 support are arrogant - They decrease the employee bonuses and added workloads that is not fair for L1 support - All processes and changes are trial and error - Quality assurance parameters are wild and too robotic - No trainings and certifications after all - Poor annual appraisal

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback here on Glassdoor. We are glad to hear that you were happy with your working environment and your colleagues at Bosch. Regardless, we regret reading about your dissatisfaction. At Bosch, it is our priority to create a work environment in which our associates feel motivated and supported in doing their work. Therefore, we consider not only a good remuneration but also further career opportunities and supportive management to be very important for our working culture. There are numerous initiatives and projects, management training courses and measures to further strengthen the Bosch culture. As a Bosch associate, you get the opportunity for growth and development through further education and training. For example, through the Bosch Training Center, you can explore a wide range of topics from “artificial intelligence” to “intercultural cooperation”. Moreover, our managers are trained to provide their associates with the best possible support in professional and personal growth. We are sorry that you perceived this differently in your case. We attach great importance to communication and treating one another as peers, and therefore very much regret your assessment of the situation. To be able to understand your criticism better, we would very much appreciate it, if you would contact your former HR Business Partner or supervisor, to let them know more about your situation. Your feedback helps to realize a positive change. Thank you! We wish you all the best for your future! Your Bosch Career Team
