Pros

- Good diverse environment. - Some (a few nowadays) teams have good work life balance.

Cons

- Old people mindset needs to change their outlook on newer generation talents. - Compensation needs to be seriously looked into long time freshers. They get paid way below than their friends in other companies who stay for longer time. Kind advice for management is to look at these peoples profile and call for discussions to find the GAP in salary structures for them.

Pros

-13rd salary -flexible working hours -remote and hybrid work -private medical subscription -quarterly reimbursement for transport, groceries and so on

Cons

-no possibility to develop your career. It is very hard to change the current role - you are allowed to apply just for one role, it takes at least 1 month for an interview or to receive an automatic negative response and you don’t have any advantage that you are already part of the company. -small salary increase, max 5%
