      Pros

      Stable employer. Tries to maintain professional environment, eg shouting, verbally degrading somebody etc is unheard of. Good for people who like to fish in murky waters.

      Cons

      XC business unit is more about marketing than actual engineering work. Slowly management got filled up by empty suits. Long gone are the grl, dls who could/wants to make decisions based on facts & experience. Its more about visibility & ‘leveles of awareness’ with bs activities instead of actual expert or (T)PM work.
