Pros

Good bonus at this company

Cons

- Terrible management, you’ll be penalised for not being able to work after hours - your Job progress doesn’t matter, if management doesn’t like you -Race plays a big part on how you get treated in this company -promotion will depend on management discretion, not numbers or skillset - I wouldn’t recommend this place, not really inclusive and diverse.

Pros

lots of variety of work across multiple industry and applications

Cons

mgmt is clueless, they question the point of everything, one can ask the same point as to why have a consultancy if there are already other consultancies out there. they hire perms but give them no work to do, and prefer to use them to promote work of contractors. they will even insult and negate your work in front of clients if you are perm which is a defeatist way of working as a consultancy. why hire perm resources if you intend not to give them any work. the company is very biased, racist, discriminates on people and unprofessional.

Pros

- You're not pressured to do overtime

Cons

- Mostly flat hierarchy, that means you won't have any chance to go further than a Team Lead position; - Really high turnover, experienced personnel frequently leaving after they get to know the kind of place they got into; - Experience, skill and merits do not matter, higher positions are given to the people that has been with the company the most, people that gets into Lead positions are not guaranteed to be experienced or skilled enough to do the job; - Employees satisfaction is not an important indicator for management; - You'll usually get routed to the next vacant position irregardless of your experience or skillset;
