      Pros

      Lots of opportunity across a wide range of projects. Also growing in terms of managed services. A good technology focus, both in traditional areas and cloud-based development.

      Cons

      Can be a bit chaotic at times, depending on which part of the company you are working.

      Pros

      - If you are a newcomer that need working experience is the place for you.

      Cons

      - Management will promise a deadline without talking to its developers and then expect long hours to meet the deadline that was never discussed. - Nonexistent work life balance. Working the week-end is pretty normal. - Career path and other such discussions are difficult to have because career path is not clearly defined. - The pay and benefits are low compared to other positions of the same nature.

      Work environment, few extra time.

      Cons

      Going up the ladder is not that easy, especially if you don't work in Milan or Turin. Projects are seldom interesting, often kind of boring.
