It's not a software house so you work as a consultant for other companies with all the pros and cons.

Good Network, the overall working situation is incredible. If you are smart and motivated and when company doesn't work out for you HR will try to fit you into a different role. Its incredible!

Cons

Some companies differ from others. There are a lot of companies that make reply who they are and contribute to the network. Others just focus on money and don't care about their employees.
