      Very nice colleagues with poor payment

      Pros

      The colleagues are very nice, many team events are held.

      Cons

      A lot of money is spent on food and events, but as far as pay is concerned, it is very insufficient. Salary discussions are hardly possible. Projects are hardly won and the projects are not really good.

      Pros

      - Relaxed environment - Nice offices - Interesting technical challenges - There is an internal program that facilitate people moving to other companies in the reply group in case they want to work on different technologies

      Cons

      - Everything i mentioned in the Pros is highly dependent on which company in the reply group you work for - It's a consultancy company, so employees (even technical one) are pushed to always look for more opportunities in terms of new customers and projects
