      A very typical, sometimes stressful, consulting job

      Pros

      - Some very good projects with some big players - You will learn a lot and get a lot responsibility quickly - Some very talented developers who produce some amazing work

      Cons

      - Very profit/money oriented and this causes a lot of stress as well as bad feeling for both customers and over worked colleagues as the profit margin much higher than the industry standard - Management do not have much in the way of technical knowledge to judge complexity and have a lot of pressure to sell people into dangerous lucrative projects with very high expectations and this often goes very wrong as the experience not yet there with most of the young team - Work life balance poor with too many unofficial hours that get spent scrambling to deliver and lots of internal activities which you need to attend to get ahead or the management will quickly take a dislike to you

      Quite good place where starting your career

      Pros

      Good place to start your career. Quite good work life balance, it dipends a lots from your manager. Good initiatives from the company

      Cons

      To became manager is very hard. The salary is less than other competitor. The Skidive's processes doesn't work very well.
