Pros

The ability to advance one's skill set through on the job training or continued education is second to none. The mentoring programs are also top notch.

Cons

It's a shame that the "way to get ahead" espoused by everyone at the company is to leave and then come back. That's not a way to retain top talent.

Pros

Flexible work arrangements. Mutual respect. Good balance between work and life. Great education assistance benefits. Great pay and benefits. Great retirement plan.

Cons

Not much direction provided by upper management. Some good old boy club practices on assigning projects. Feedback for job performance not always given on time.

Pros

Flexible work week. We work a 9/80 schedule which means we get every other Friday off. You get the opportunity to work with different technologies. My job is constantly changing.

Cons

Not very many. The only Cons I've seen here are specific with people, not organizational. In the past we had a hard time getting to do what you wanted to do. But they've really opened that up. Now if you'd like to work on FPGA's for example, you ask to be transferred to that department. And if there's an opening, they'll likely move you over.
