Pros
- Strong recognition for staff - Approachable management - Competitive starting salary with reviews - Great vision and new technology (messaging) - Inspirational leaders - Great people - Good benefits
Cons
- Marketing/keeping up with the digital era (The foundation of RSA is tokens, yet googling 2FA and they appear page 5+, well behind newer solutions) - Processes make the roles much more challenging, whilst the sales force has grown, the support and backbone has stayed the same size. - EMC collaboration is weak, may as well remain two separate identities - Too reliant on the channel (All points management are aware of but little is coming from plans and actions)
