      - Promotions to manager and field level often come from within the group - Benefits and compensation are competitive, pay increases available every 6 months based on hitting your metrics - Great training program on both the product and sales methodology - Group managers and senior reps mentor and shadow new hires - Good work/life balance compared to my last position - Resources and support of the product line are available and circulated through the group

      Pros

      People, culture, management, initiative, proactive, "sense of urgency", company that wants to make a difference in a world of cyber threats.

      Cons

      Pace of change needs to be even quicker, dead weight in some groups that don't share the RSA 2.0 culture that are harming the environment...although there are less and less negative people that fall in that category.
