      Still way behind other Classification Societies

      Pros

      There are some very nice and highly knowledgeable folks working in RINA, but they are in positions of shadow responsibility or shadow authority. The company culture is (comparatively) more entrepreneurial to that of other competitors (i.e. other Class Societies) so you're more free and encouraged to take initiative.

      Company culture needs improvement, e.g. to foster teamwork.

      Pros

      Work form home twice per week.

      Cons

      - Only Italians are being promoted. - Illegal's practices. - Bad practices in competition. - Unethical behavior. - Long working hours - This was the WORST experience of my life. They try to look good but it's acting... The truth is they promote only those who like without taking into account your accomplishments.

      Pros

      Working on collaborative projects with a great team which are delivered to a high standard and well received by clients when management isn't involved. Got a free water bottle.

      Cons

      Everything else. Woeful management. Constant gaslighting. Completely unprofessional.
