      Strong International classification society with good career prospectives. Company has ambitious growth plans .

      Cons

      Struggling to integrate recent acquisitions and has a very ambitious digitalisation plan ahead of it. Brand and reputation outside Italy still being built and brings with it challanges.

      In my experience there is a great team spirit here, colleagues and superiors are supportive and there is a reasonable work-life balance to be had.
