      Pros

      High growth for renewables team with good vibes. Some good managers are able to navigate the HQ bureaucracy. Freedom to plan and execute the business at regional level with no micromanagement. Competent colleagues and strong customer focus. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      HQ oversight can be cumbersome at times. Decision making can be slow due to bureucracy and lack of accountability.

      Not good management, only Italians are promoted and paid well, Italians get all benefits, no matter how good or bad are they. Completely unprofessional
