      Pros

      Fast changing work, various projects with different industries and chances to get involved hands on in business development, bids, travel to different client sites friendly set of colleagues and flexible working

      Cons

      Total lack of CPD, if not on a project from the R&D phase you can be moved from project to project without getting an understanding of the requirements, a lot of grunt work, lack of training for staff in areas that might aid in development, suits mainly people with military background and less so those who do not
