      Pros

      Medium salary. Good diversity for lower level management. Good for people looking for stable income with chance of being average.

      Cons

      - Imbalance workload - Very hard to get bonus because it depend on Global group performance, even if you're personal performance is very good. - for Upper Management, most are filled by Italian - Cost Control is centralized in Italy, too much bureaucracy. - No clear recognition and reward plan. - KPI are set for failure. Even if you achieved it, no significant reward.

      Good salary. COmpany takes care of travel ticket bookings, hotel bookings.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Hard travel and most of the time work away from Home. HR department not punctual. No scope of growth. COmpany never explores new domains.
