They can hire anyone without any reason and hence can fire anyone without reason. They don't hire over qualified or smart employee, otherwise he will raise voice. If they hire such employee, they will fire them for sure. It's vendor friendly organization, no negotiations, no comparison , direct orders and advance payments.
