      Opportunity to work with a broad array of customers and exposure to higher level sales processes like major accounts and tender processes that were not available at larger companies.

      Cons

      Unfairly witheld comission component of pay Budgets changed and reinterpreted to minimise comma payments. Operations over-rules any worthwhile deals. Disorganised, with 25 ASMs in less than ten years. Terrible employer.
