Great benefits, free food and drinks, a lot of opportunities for advancement, great work environment (especially for support, professional services, and engineers).

Cons

Working in sales is very demanding, inconsistencies in management techniques depending upon team, starve the losers attitude, lack of professional development for new managers.

Some managers give a lot of flexibility in schedule and sales strategy. Long-term company outlook is good. No cap on residuals.

Cons

Company management inconsistent. Starting pay is very low. 90% of employees are young (under 30). Senior management is very low-budget and tight on expenses.
