Pros

Barnaby (the white labradoodle ), great food, great building, great people. Amazing benefits. Free swag, iPad minis, and a lot other great accommodations. Gym, Ski passes, sports teams, etc.

Cons

Pay is below average, there are lots of little lies that are swept under the rug. Little opportunity to move upward. Asked to work extra hours with little incentive on a regular basis. Not transparent; though the office walls are.

Pros

Everyone you work with is incredibly driven with "A" player mindsets.

Cons

Like anything that is worthwhile, you put a lot of time into this at the beginning. Need to be very polished/sharp to see early success.
