Pros

Autonomy, innovative, opportunity for rapid growth, rapidly growing yet still a start up, fun environment and culture, great products to sell, international opportunities, swanky office, unicorn company, benefits, and more

Cons

Location could be a downside if outdoor recreation doesn't appeal to you. That's the biggest upside to Utah along with the cost of living, but if that's not for you, there's no a whole ton else Utah offers.

Pros

Company is growing and there is lots of stuff going on throughout the company, giving a positive and energetic feeling in the office. It is a very comfortable environment. The people are very nice and the bosses are friendly and open. You can feel safe talking to your superiors.

Cons

While there is a fun feeling in the office, it's not quite what is marketed. Qualtrics is leaving the startup phase, and is becoming more corporate than I would like in a tech company.

Pros

Leadership that will encourage you to do more than you thought you could. I would finish projects and be amazed at what I (and my team) had accomplished in less time than I would have thought possible. It's a great feeling to come into work and do the impossible. Also, great benefits, great people (they really only hire the best of the best), and amazing culture.

Cons

When I was there, my role wasn't very well defined, which is great it a lot of ways since it allowed me to work on all kinds of projects, but it was frustrating to not always know what was expected of me on a day-to-day basis. I think this isn't an issue anymore.
