      Very fun culture, very high company moral. They are always giving company-branded shirts and other apparel

      Very stressful environment, especially around the end of quarters due to the high amount of sales people they have

      Training is sub-par. You have to own your development and success because their isn't a really good structure as to how you succeed as a sales dev.

      Pros

      Fast-growing company, so there are a lot of varying aspects of the business to personally influence. Flexible manager and team. Constantly new problems/projects to tackle; not much monotony in my position. Great people to work with. Global network. Credible and resume-worthy experience. Good first job out of college.

      Cons

      Comparably lower pay and benefits vs industry standards. Hard to sometimes see possibilities for real career growth within the company. There's not a real culture of giving preference to current employees when it comes to filling new/higher positions. I wouldn't suggest taking a random job/foothold JUST to get within the company; make sure that when you accept a job here that it's a position you're actually interested in and good at. Contrary to the popular phrase, DON'T take any random seat on the rocket ship just to be a part of the ride; there are better options.
