Pros

Qualtrics is fast growing and dynamic. The Dublin office benefits from a mix European cultures as people come from all around the place. You get to work with smart people that are welcoming and caring. There is definitely a lot of opportunities.

Cons

Fast growth also means challenging objectives and goals to meet.

Great benefits. I make good money.

Cons

No flexibility. Sometimes feel babysat. No encouragement for creativity or try new things. "Do it this way or else" feeling. It's working, though.
