Pros

The leadership cares about its employees, and they care about taking good care of their customers. The company is growing at a very fast rate, so there are a lot of opportunities to learn, collaborate, and advance within the company if you are hard working.

Cons

I would say the pay structure could be a little more competitive, and the average ramping time for sales is a little long.

Can quickly be involved in high impact work. Flat organizational hierarchy, easy to talk with anyone. People care about your opinions.
