      Pros

      Really supportive during the Covid working from home this year. Very flexible for working parents. Allowed people to work from their home country instead of Dublin if they wanted to. Great use of own software solution to listen to employees feedback about what working, not working and then taking action to continually improve the overall employee experience. Zoom free mornings to allow people to work on specific projects. Lots of autonomy to innovate and bring new ideas to the table.
