      Cons

      Its a fast paced environment. There is a bit of stress and pressure to deliver. focus is on short to mid term growth, sometimes at the expense of long term.

Pays less than mature companies and retains that feel of startup feel...It is a good place to work if you are under 30 and this is your first job...If you are more experienced in the industry, the environment may come across as a bit strange for older folks...
