Pros

Management provides a lot of transparency around company performance and how it effects employees. They keep us involved and the benefits team is constantly finding new ways to engage us.

Cons

There is currently no option to go into the office. All employees are mandatory work from home. This is a good thing for limiting the spread of the virus but tough if you don't have a good home-work environment.
