Pros

Company is in high growth mode which means there is plenty of opportunity to move up the career ladder or diversify into a new role. All the usual Tech Company bonuses - great office space, plenty of swag, free food etc..! Centrally located office in the heart of Dublin. Management is involved and takes a genuine interest in new hires.

Cons

Only in the role 4 weeks and don't have / have seen any cons yet!

Pros

- Great people, culture and energy. - Lots of opportunity to make a mark, be creative and have an impact. - The EMEA business is just getting started - best days are still to come.

Cons

- Quarterly ratings system is flawed and unfair, while it's supposed to be the 'wisdom of the crowds', your success depends on your manager. - Becoming increasingly difficult to 'get things done', too many people involved in decision-making process and too many approvals needed. - Executive leadership are not transparent enough and there's a lack of ownership on too many initiatives. Seems to be becoming quite political, with a lack of clear direction forward. - Very little direction as to what you need to do to be successful - inconsistent.
