Pros

Great Product and awesome people to work with

Cons

Highly political, you’d have people with much less experience getting promoted because they report to head of finance and because they take credit for others work.

Pros

I love literally everything about this place. Free lunch practically every day, snacks everywhere, soft serve ice cream, and cookies on Fridays. Scooters, comfy couches, massage chairs, walking desks, and acres of beautiful gardens with strong WiFi to get work done in the shade of a tree. The benefits are unreal - 100% of health insurance premiums paid, 3% 401k contributions (even if you contribute $0), $2,500 a year into your HSA, 2 weeks of paternity leave, and $1,500 towards a vacation experience (on top of PTO). Most importantly, it’s an easy product to get behind, I’m making an impact on the world, there aren’t useless meetings, no micromanaging, I’m surrounded by smart, positive, hard-working people, and I have FUN. I look forward to going to work every day.

Cons

The only downside is that as the company grows its slowly losing the fun, fast-paced, tech start-up feel. It’s starting to feel more like a large, bureaucratic, corporation. Nothing specific and nothing that can be avoided. It has to happen as the company grows. Just kind of a bummer.

Thank you for this review and thank you for the reminder. We do want to try to keep the start-up feel as much as possible. We are changing/growing but we do not plan to lose our culture of Transparency, All in, Customer Obsessed, One Team, and Scrappy.... We know we will need to keep working hard at the this to get us through the growth but we plan on making every effort possible to be different than all the others that have grown fast into a 'bureaucratic corporation'. We appreciate the reminder and the feedback!

Pros

Great product (the best I would say, even if competition is insane) pre-IPO company, friendly atmosphere, There are some very good and smart people in the organisation. The best office location you can hope. The top EU leaders are good people and smart leaders

Cons

Connect yourself with the reality and give some autonomy to EU!! - 20% of the EU sales team (entreprise or dublin based) are reaching their quotas, which leads to a day to day "Qualtrics bashing". - No Marketing at all : a cold call strategy. You have the feeling to be paid to harass people. US lears mentionned once : " We are a cold call organisation" - Pricing is out of reality. Way to expensive - Delivery is very painful, services are expensive and badly managed. The philosophy is "sell them software, then... we don't care". - Disastrous middle management. They know nothing. They are under pressure all the time by the US and run everywhere asking staff to do more calls. A Joke.
