Pros

Payments are awesome and all the things that the company tell us that will give us, happen. Even with some mistakes that will happen eventually, the company recognize and fix all. And there is a lot of autonomy on every level, really nice culture of just necessary level of hierarchy on the decisions.

Cons

There is the usual cons of a tech company as the results driving mode of work be kind heavy, but will be as any tech company around.

If you can’t tolerate uncertainty and aren’t open to change, this may not be the ideal place for you to work. Your experience depends a lot on your manager, there are some excellent managers, but others stray from the company’s philosophy, which can make your experience less than ideal.
