      Great benefits when it came to health care and stocks. I also had a pretty good manger before I was switched to a new team.

      Cons

      My title did not match my actual role which made it difficult to move up even with great performance and feedback.

      Great Benefits Pay is Decent to Above Average compared to market. Flexible time off and understanding of family commitments has been the norm.

      Cons

      Matrix management forces you to focus on visibility. You have to be willing to advocate/brag for yourself (but of course base it on facts). WLB can be mixed depending on which department you're at.
