Expect that in any tech company these days. All this "work life balance" stuff you see is not true - anywhere. Tech advances more rapidly year over year. If you are excited about the work and fruits of the company's labor, you don't think so much about the balance. That's the way it was until a couple years ago. Now it's more thinking about the balance and if you really want to continue working there. Ratings in all categories below would be higher if rated 2+ years ago.
