Good products, live in San Diego

Cons

Not an easy job, Too much work, managers are bad, co workers not very helpful. health insurance is going to change now. No work life balance. You are asked to work on weekends. Layoffs are happening. People from the top are not being cut. Promotions are very few and even they are political. Perks are being reduced.

One pro is that you cone to work any tine you like, and leave when u like. But be careful becaz it counts in layoff time.

Cons

Since company's stocks are down, very low bonus, and more work becaz of layoffs, so negotiate a good starting salary and sign up bonus.
