Lots of exciting stuff happening across sites. Visibility into other domains. Decent work - life balance.

Cons

Lots of redundant levels of management. Hikes aren't that great. You need to sell your work just as hard as you work otherwise it'll go unnoticed.

Long working hours. Outsourcing to offshore teams. Poor compensation while management still gets paid overly well.

Great tech company with lots to learn. Most industry tools are at your desire to download and use. Excellent benefits, specially ESPP that they match up to 15% at 15% discounted price. 401K matching is not compatible as they have a limit. Medical premium is paid by the company. If you can't use your vacations you can get paid half by matching.

Cons

Medical benefit changed in 2016 and deductible is high. Most employees complaining. This is really bad changes that they chose. Offsetting no premium basically. Too many H1Bs.
