      Pros

      - Excellent work culture and talented work force. - Growing company in an exciting industry. - San Diego is a great city to live in. - Flexible working hours. - Good benefits - 401K match, stock options, medical insurance coverage etc. - Work life balance is encouraged. - Excellent opportunities for career growth. - Stable place to work in. - Not too bureaucratic for its size.

      Cons

      - Salaries are not competitive with the rest of the industry. - Too much favoritism in reviews and promotions. - Performance is mostly judged by "Visibility" and not technical competence. - Management does not focus on proactive planning, mostly reactive.

      Not suitable for one of the best employers in town

      Pros

      Very good benefits; seemingly capable senior management; workers have offices.

      Cons

      Lower salaries and small raises/bonuses with no explanation for the reasons behind them; doesn't promote fairness and respect among employees, very slow/ineffective in resolving employee personality issues/conflicts inside groups which allows the situation to affect performance of individuals other than goup; individuals having personal issues constantly allowed to display disruptful behavoir and play politically against others to get rid of those who she dislikes, such as getting other employees submit bad reviews and managers taking these reviews as truthful without getting to understand the situation better; employees promoted based on attributes other than their merit.

      Pros

      Being on the cutting edge of the wireless industry. You gain visibility into technologies and business decisions that will influence the rest of the world. Best employer in San Diego, which is a fantastic city to live in. There are really no other good chip design companies within SD... in fact it's hard to find other good technology companies in San Diego. Nothing compared to Irvine or Bay Area

      Cons

      QCT is not a great place to work. Most within QCT view themselves as "Quality Control Technicians". The culture needs to change and the engineers need to be better appreciated.
