      Great place to learn. Great place to work with best and brightest technical people. Very stable and successful company. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Most of the management consists of former engineers who are not necessarily good managers. Weak performance review and coaching system. Weak project management. Extremely big place. Lot of fat in the organization. Most senior places are taken by long-timers and hence small opportunities for long term career growth. Sometimes negelct work-life balance
