      good money.. perks.. Average quality work (Qualcomm India)

      Cons

      not good if you seriously want to learn something new(I mean Qualcomm India), but I guess it's same for almost all the companies in INDIA.. so as such there are no downsides other than that!

      - Cutting edge technology work, latest design methodologies - Smart, motivated people - Meritocratic promotions - Chance to file patents

      Cons

      - Not much opportunity to change jobs laterally, in spite of having the enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Management not interested in taking too many risks.

      Pros

      Great place to work, good people and technical expertise. San Diego is a great place to live as well.

      Cons

      Not really lot of cons, there needs to be better work life balance and more resources put towards research and development. Maybe start a rotation program with QRD
