      *They offer Great Salary according to market standards * employees are from premiere institutes *There are lot of employee benefits which anyone can enjoy *Work life culture is balanced all over the place * Management encourages the employees for the innovation

      * There is some politics even at lower levels * Learning opportunities can be increased * There could be more overseas opportunities * There could be more conferences * More and more employee interactions' programmes are not there
