      Good, competent people that are easy to get along with. One employee designated holiday per year.

      Relatively speaking, poor compensation. Poor public transportation subsidy program.

      Pros

      Wireless is a great field to be in. The company has its processes streamlined and has great infrastructure that makes it difficult for the competition. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines; poor intra departmental communication.
