      Qualcomm's salary structure is very good as is the overall benefits package. Reviews are typically twice a year so employees benefit by two merit cycles per year.

      Cons

      Communication across groups and within division needs improvement. Promotion and recognition is sometimes about who you know, not necessarily how you performed.

      Pros

      Asking right questions almost always leads you to a good door of opportunity. Using the opportunity and exploring requires a lot of time and home work. Nothing is given in platter though opportunities exists. Have to work really hard to do day to day job and then think about future..

      Cons

      Same as pros. Large work hours. Need to work through bureaucracy to get anywhere
