      Benefits among the best I have seen and there are ample opportunities for training (technical and management). Employees are bright and generally motivated to help the company win.

      Cons

      Very very long work hours Expect to take work home Have thick skin because some are highly critical Pay is a bit lower than other companies but benefits compensate Very engineer-centric -- others are expendable
